Описание

The armored personnel carrier is installed in the square of memory of police officers of the republic which fall in battles in flashpoint area, the local conflicts, as a tribute to the equipment which helped in battles to the Soviet and Russian military.

The square was called by the name of the Hero of Russia Alexander Ryzhikov, the commander of Special Police Force of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Yakutia. He died in January, 2000 in Chechnya.
